For our headquarters in Eindhoven, we are looking for an HR Advisor . As an HR Advisor you are serving as a key point of contact for employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related matters. This role is involved in providing support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR compliance. You will be part of the People team, consisting of a Head of HR, an Office Administrator, and this HR Advisor role. You will also work together with our local payroll offices who also advise on local labour legislation. Together with the People Team, you support our offices across Europe: the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, and Sweden, with a total of 60 employees. Your main responsibilities General HR Maintain HR administration and systems. Manage employee relations, performance, well-being, and conflict resolution. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and absence management. Support HR initiatives (engagement, D&I, training). Drive continuous improvement within HR and the organization. HR Policies & Procedures Develop and maintain clear, fair, and consistent HR policies. Keep employee handbooks up to date and well communicated. Continuously improve HR practices in line with legal and best practice standards. Legal Compliance Monitor employment laws across European countries. Ensure HR policies comply with labour, data protection, and other regulations. Work with legal counsel to manage risks. Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and legal compliance. Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis. Administer and communicate employee benefits. What you bring You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills are required (oral and in writing) in English and Dutch.
