About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Analyst (w/m/d) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving HR reporting and data analytics initiatives across Europe, transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will enable WILO to enhance its workforce planning, optimize HR processes, and establish standardized reporting practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and management, to develop scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and support ongoing system enhancements. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. You should have several years of professional experience in HR reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence tools. Demonstrated proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau, SAP SuccessFactors (preferably Employee Central), and data governance practices is essential. Additionally, you should have a strong ownership mentality, excellent communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus), and the ability to manage complex, cross-departmental projects independently. A strategic mindset with experience in workforce planning and a solid understanding of HR KPIs and standards will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of HR reporting and data analytics processes across Europe, translating business needs into insightful dashboards and reports for HR and management.
- Develop and enhance strategic workforce planning capabilities by integrating advanced analytics and workforce insights to support long-term HR strategies.
- Continuously improve the HR reporting landscape by identifying optimization opportunities, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring management-relevant reporting standards.
- Establish and maintain uniform HR KPI definitions and reporting standards across different countries and platforms, ensuring comparability and data reliability.
- Lead cross-functional projects, from conception to implementation, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful deployment of solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance of HR master data in collaboration with local HR teams to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Manage role-based access controls within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and security standards.
- Drive system enhancements, optimize SAP SuccessFactors functionalities, and support broader HR projects, including the S/4HANA implementation in Europe.
- Act as a trusted advisor on data, reporting, and system-related issues, providing guidance and support to HR and related departments.
