What you´ll do

• Provide administrative support to the HR Team on daily operations and payroll processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support the preparation of reports and analysis to support decision making
• Adminsitrative support on compensation and benefits
• Support HR Team on projects

What makes you a good fit

• University student (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or HR) with minimum 1,5-2 year student status
• Minimum weekly 25 hours
• Hungarian language and intermediate English proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn about HR back office, especially payroll, compensation and benefits
• Open to commute on demand to our Kornye Plant
• Drivers license is an advantage
