Monitor incoming responses and expressions of interest from potential applicants. Filter and capture relevant candidate information based on established requirements. Route qualified respondents to the appropriate messaging channels for further communication. Maintain accurate and organized records of incoming applicants and recruitment-related information. Ensure job postings and profile presentations are kept clean, professional, and consistent with company guidelines. Support smooth coordination of candidate inquiries and recruitment-related activities. Perform other ad hoc administrative and recruitment support duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and online job posting platforms is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. Good organizational and time management skills. Highly responsive and able to communicate effectively during working hours. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable handling candidate information and administrative tasks. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in human resources and recruitment. Verbal and written communication skills in English.
