Mumbai, India | Remote | Monday-Friday | 9:00 am-5:00 pm UK Time (1:30 pm-9:30 pm IST) | ₹130,000 per month

This is a fully remote position working for a UK-based recruitment company. You must have access to a PC or laptop, a reliable internet connection and a headset for VoIP calls.

Talent Finder is a UK-based online recruitment solutions provider supporting businesses across a wide range of industries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Sourcer who excels at finding exceptional candidates through proactive search and headhunting techniques.

Please note: This is not a traditional recruiter or resourcer role. We are looking for someone with proven experience sourcing technical professionals through direct search, networking, headhunting and market mapping.

What will your role look like?

• Proactively source technical candidates for specialist UK vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and other sourcing platforms
• Headhunt passive candidates and build relationships with highly skilled professionals
• Use advanced Boolean searches and other sourcing techniques to identify difficult-to-find talent
• Conduct market mapping to identify relevant companies, talent pools and potential candidates
• Screen candidates and assess their suitability against technical requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Schedule interviews on behalf of clients using our ATS
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
• Work closely with the recruitment team to fill specialist technical positions efficiently

Are you the right person for the job?

You will have:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruitment Sourcer or Technical Talent Sourcer
• Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment
• A university degree
• UK recruitment experience is essential
• Demonstrable experience headhunting passive candidates for technical or engineering positions
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and multiple sourcing channels

· Demonstrable market mapping experience and the ability to identify relevant talent pools and target companies

• A strong track record of identifying high-quality candidates through proactive search rather than relying solely on job applications
• Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Paid Trial
