The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and process improvement capabilities with the technical fluency to understand how automated solutions operate, investigate issues and work closely with developers to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate and define opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into clearly documented functional and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop current and future-state process maps and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize or redesign processes before automation.
  • Assess automation opportunities in partnership with technical resources and help determine the appropriate solution across RPA, low-code/no-code and other intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Serve as a key functional resource supporting a mature portfolio of more than 100 production RPA automations.
  • Triage production incidents and defects, investigate failures and partner with developers and stakeholders to identify root causes and appropriate resolutions.
  • Identify recurring production issues, enhancement opportunities and opportunities to improve automation resiliency, scalability and performance.
  • Coordinate defect resolution and enhancement activities from initial analysis through development, testing and implementation.
  • Perform minor configuration changes, enhancements and straightforward automations, partnering with developers as needed for more complex technical requirements.
  • Develop test scenarios and test scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet documented business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain process, functional, testing and operational documentation throughout the automation life cycle.
  • Support configuration, troubleshooting and enhancement activities within the Moveworks.ai platform and other low-code/no-code intelligent automation technologies.
  • Partner closely with developers, analysts and AI product resources across the HR AI & Automation product team to coordinate solution delivery.
  • Communicate solution status, production issues, risks and dependencies clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Promote intelligent automation standards, governance, documentation practices and sustainable solution design.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience developing process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios and other business analysis artifacts.
  • Experience coordinating testing and user acceptance testing across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting production technology solutions, including incident triage, defect analysis, troubleshooting and enhancement management.
  • Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex workflows and translate business needs into actionable solution requirements.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to partner effectively with developers to understand solution behavior, troubleshoot issues and evaluate technical options.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
