HR Business Partner – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and employees across German-speaking and international markets. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers to deliver HR strategies that support business goals. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and workforce planning. Support talent management, succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives. Coach leaders on people-related matters and leadership effectiveness. Ensure compliance with German labor law and HR policies. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities. Strong knowledge of German employment law. Experience working in an international and matrixed environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent English (written and spoken). Fluent German (written and spoken). Preferred Experience supporting Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland. Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors. HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
