For our HR Department, we are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner (m/f/d) based in Frankfurt to join our team. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and company standards. Analyze HR metrics and recommend actions to improve retention and performance. Collaborate with workers council. Responsible for managing the recruitment activities for the assigned branches.
