Your Responsibilities

• Als HR Business Partner:in berätst und betreust du Führungskräfte aller Hierarchieebenen zu strategischen, personalwirtschaftlichen Themen und Projekten.
• Du wirkst an der Ableitung von personalrelevanten Maßnahmen und der konzeptionellen Entwicklung von HR-Lösungen zur Unterstützung der Business Strategie mit .
• Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung der HR-Prozesse wie z.B. Organisationsentwicklung, Personalentwicklung und alle Bausteine der Personalplanung.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und das Controlling der Personalkostenplanung.
• Du treibst Veränderungsprozesse in den Funktionsbereichen voran.
• Du arbeitest eng dem Center of Expertise sowie der HR Shared Service Organisation zusammen und entwickelst mit diesen in Projekten das HR Portfolio weiter.

Your Profile

• Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal.
• Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in der operativen oder strategischen Personalarbeit sammeln.
• Du bringst Erfahrung in der Anwendung moderner HR Instrumente sowie Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Tarif- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht mit.
• Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Verhandlungsgeschick mit.
• Du überzeugst dein Umfeld durch ein sicheres Auftreten, einen ausgeprägten Teamspirit, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner und Hierarchieebenen einzustellen.
• Du verfügst über eine hohe Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität.
• Idealerweise verfügst du über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Workday/SAP/HCM und MS-Office.
