HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations and maintenance activities related to co-generation power plant functions, including coordination with technical teams, monitoring documentation, and assisting in reporting and performance tracking. The individual will help ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures, maintain accurate records, and support communication between stakeholders in Dubai and plant locations. The position may also include administrative and analytical tasks that contribute to process improvements, resource planning, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong interest or experience in power generation, energy, or industrial operations, with an understanding of basic technical concepts related to electrical and steam systems.
• Ability to manage documentation, prepare reports, and use standard office and collaboration software (e.g., MS Office, email, project tracking tools).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional and remote teams in a multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, with a willingness to learn company procedures and industry best practices.
• Relevant technical or administrative education (e.g., diploma or degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field) is preferred.
• Prior experience in operations and maintenance, utilities, or industrial facilities is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not required.
