## About the Role
careerplus is seeking an **HR Business Partner** for the **German-speaking region of Switzerland (Deutschschweiz)** on behalf of an international company and leading player in the gastronomy industry. In this role, you will independently support several franchise operations and advise franchisees across the full range of HR topics.
The successful candidate will bring solid HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner, combined with strong consulting, communication, diplomacy, and influencing skills. The role offers significant autonomy in organizing your working day, regular onsite engagement with franchise operations, and the possibility of an **80% workload**.
## Key Responsibilities
- Independently support franchise operations throughout **Deutschschweiz**.
- Advise franchisees on all **HR-related topics**.
- Prepare and conduct **HR audits** in restaurants.
- Ensure compliance with established **HR standards**.
- Coach HR contacts and franchise partners.
- Advance HR topics through diplomatic communication and persuasive influence.
- Regularly visit franchise operations onsite.
- Independently organize appointments and business travel.
- Be onsite at the company's headquarters in **Crissier near Lausanne at least once per month**.
## Required Qualifications
- Solid **HR experience**, ideally in an HR Business Partner role.
- Confident and professional presence.

- **German as a native language**.
