## About the Role

MATISA is seeking an **HR Business Partner – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** to support employees and managers across assigned groups, particularly at the headquarters and within production, supply chain, administration, and technical office functions. You will act as a close HR partner to managers, lead recruitment activities from defining hiring needs through onboarding, and contribute to talent development, performance management, employee engagement, organizational change, and Group-level HR initiatives.


## Key Responsibilities


- Act as a close **HR Business Partner** for assigned organizational groups.

- Advise managers on a broad range of HR matters.

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment**, from defining hiring needs through integration of new employees.

- Manage a recruitment portfolio for the assigned scope.

- Implement HR processes and policies within the assigned areas.

- Support managers and employees throughout the different stages of the employee lifecycle.

- Contribute to talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Support organizational changes and HR projects.

- Contribute to defining and implementing a common HR framework at Group level.

- Ensure consistent application of HR practices and the Swiss legal framework.

- Work collaboratively with employees and managers across headquarters, production, supply chain, administration, and technical office functions.


## Required Qualifications


- Higher education in **Human Resources** or an equivalent field.

- Proven experience in an **HR Business Partner or generalist HR role**.

- At least **5 years of relevant HR experience**.

- Experience with **end-to-end recruitment** and management of a recruitment portfolio.

- Good knowledge of **HR practices and Swiss labour law**.

- Fluent **French**.

- Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills.

- Business-oriented approach.

- Ability to work autonomously and pragmatically.

- Collaborative working style.

## Education & Experience

## Compensation & Benefits
