  • Build proactive sourcing strategies for technical and business roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, job boards, market research, and other sourcing tools.
  • Develop diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing talent communities for recurring and business-critical roles.
  • Coach hiring managers on role definition, interview design, candidate evaluation, selection decisions, and an effective candidate experience.
  • Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system, preferably Lever, including requisition workflows, candidate stages, interview plans, data accuracy, reporting, user adoption, and process improvements.
  • Use recruiting metrics and market insights to identify trends, assess funnel effectiveness, improve time to fill and quality of hire, and provide clear recommendations to leaders.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent gaps, succession considerations, organizational effectiveness, and retention priorities.
  • Provide practical employee relations and performance-management guidance, including coaching, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and investigations support as needed.
  • Support compensation and offer decisions through market benchmarking, internal equity analysis, job leveling, and total rewards alignment.
  • Use AI and automation responsibly to improve sourcing, outreach, documentation, reporting, recruiting operations, and the candidate experience.
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, including meaningful experience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing capability, including demonstrated success building pipelines for technical and business roles.
  • Hands-on experience administering and using an applicant tracking system to manage workflows, candidate data, reporting, compliance, and process improvements.
