HR Consultant / Senior HR Consultant

The Role

We are seeking experienced HR Consultants and Senior HR Consultants to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across diverse industries and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

As a Consultant at each of these levels, you will:

• Partner with clients to provide expert advice on HR strategy, policies, and compliance.

• Deliver practical solutions on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

• Support clients with HR projects such as restructures, talent management, and engagement initiatives.

• Ensure all advice aligns with current employment legislation and best practice.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Is CIPD qualified, or has equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Has strong generalist HR experience and is comfortable managing complex employee relations matters.

• Can confidently advise and challenge senior stakeholders when needed.

• Is commercially aware and understands that great HR advice needs to balance legal risk, people considerations and business realities.

• Communicates clearly and can quickly build credibility and trusted relationships.

• Is comfortable taking ownership, making sound judgements and working with a high degree of autonomy.

• Enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

• Is naturally curious and looks beyond the immediate question to understand what a client really needs.

Salary

Salaries are dependent on experience; however are circa; £45,000 - £55,000 for HR Consultants and £55,000 - £65,000 for Senior HR Consultants.
