PURPOSE: Responsible for coordinating the execution of employee engagement programs, events, and WINGS Foundation activities across CALA, ensuring effective planning, communication, vendor coordination, and follow-through. The role also provides project and operational support to the regional Human Resources team. FUNCTIONS: Plan and coordinate the execution of employee engagement programs, events, culture initiatives, and WINGS volunteer activities across CALA, ensuring consistent delivery and appropriate local adaptation. Maintain the regional Engagement and WINGS calendar, coordinating timelines, market readiness, responsibilities, budgets, and execution follow-up. Coordinate end-to-end event execution with local HR teams, vendors, and agencies, including materials, logistics, participant registration, agendas, run-of-show, and post-event wrap-up. Prepare and distribute employee communications, invitations, attendance forms, reminders, and other materials to promote awareness and participation in Engagement and WINGS initiatives. Coordinate internal storytelling and social media content, including photographs and event summaries, ensuring appropriate approvals and alignment with the PTI Marketing team. Support the planning and execution of larger employee initiatives, including All Hands meetings, regional culture events, wellbeing programs, engagement surveys, and other employee experience activities. Maintain Engagement and WINGS budgets, trackers, checklists, reporting materials, and supporting documentation, ensuring accurate information and timely follow-up. Coordinate with local HR teams, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate approvals, vendor documentation, payments, logistics, and compliant program execution. Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations, data reports, dashboards, trackers, and other materials to support Engagement, WINGS, and regional Human Resources initiatives. Track participation, expenditures, program progress, and event outcomes, providing regular updates and relevant insights to HR leadership. Develop and maintain standardized templates, checklists, communications, and program guidelines to support consistent and scalable execution across markets. Partner with HR Managers, local HR contacts, and office or site leaders to ensure initiatives are inclusive, culturally relevant, and aligned with regional and local needs. Identify opportunities to improve Engagement and WINGS programs, processes, and employee experiences, recommending practical enhancements based on feedback, results, and lessons learned. Provide administrative, project, reporting, and operational support to the HR Managers, the Human Resources Director, and the broader regional HR team, as needed. Maintain professional and technical knowledge related to employee engagement, event coordination, internal communications, and employee experience practices. Identify opportunities to improve employee experience programming and WINGS execution; propose corrective actions and enhancements based on what is working across markets. Contribute to the on-going development of a culture of collaboration, self-leadership, and learning by supporting initiatives such as wellbeing programs, engagement surveys and events, and internal communications. Supports the Human Resources Director in administrative duties and projects. These job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents. The list is not exhaustive; incumbents perform other related tasks. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position works in a normal office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily. Job minimal will involve travel. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Two to four years of experience in employee engagement, event or program coordination, Human Resources, internal communications, community or CSR programs, or a related area preferred. Experience coordinating events, vendors, agencies, logistics, budgets, and multiple stakeholders strongly preferred. Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, markets, priorities, and timelines simultaneously. Bilingual English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and engaging employee communications, event materials, presentations, and internal content. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to prepare professional presentations, data reports, dashboards, trackers, and other HR materials. Strong analytical skills and ability to track participation, budgets, program progress, and event results, identifying relevant insights and opportunities for improvement. Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through, with the ability to execute programs consistently and reliably. Ability to work effectively with HR Managers, local HR teams, office and site leaders, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional partners across different countries and cultures. Strong customer-service mindset, positive attitude, and collaborative working style. Ability to adapt regional initiatives to local market needs while maintaining consistency with established guidelines and company standards. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately and represent Human Resources professionally. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including occasional support for events outside regular business hours and minimal international travel. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
