HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER | CORPORATE TRAINING

IYKRA is currently looking for Project Managers to support our upcoming corporate training projects!

📌 Requirements:

- Have experience managing end-to-end corporate training / L&D projects, from planning and preparation to execution and evaluation.

- Experience as a Project Manager, Training Manager, Training Coordinator, or similar role is preferred.

- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating clients, Trainers, Trainer Assistants, and internal project teams.

- Proactive, responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong administrative, documentation, and reporting skills with good attention to detail.

- Experience handling hackathons, workshops, bootcamps, or similar programs is a plus.

- Ability to MC/host training sessions or events is a plus.

- Available for offline/on-site projects in Jakarta.
