Cloud Tech Associates is a global HRIS & HCM recruitment partner. We are a leading provider of permanent, contract, and fixed-term staffing solutions for all implementation, system support & upgrades, and BAU requirements.

On behalf of our client a leading charity, we have an urgent requirement for an HR Data Analyst to join them on a permanent hybrid basis in their Birmingham office ideally 2 days office/3 days WFH.

Reporting to the Data & Systems Manager, your duties will include:

· Support with ongoing data projects using dashboards including Business Objects and Power BI

· Be the go-to person for all HR data queries

· Support in other upcoming projects that are planned within the business

Essential skills:

· Experience of HR and people data systems – iTrent highly advantageous

· Reporting, Data Analysis, Power BI, Excel

Within this autonomous HR Data Analyst role and as part of the wider HRIS team you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills as well as utilising existing ones.
