Key responsibilities Own end-to-end HR processes specific to frontline employees: high-volume onboarding, shift/attendance management, disciplinary processes and offboarding Identify manual, repetitive HR-Ops workflows (attendance tracking, leave approvals, documentation, escalations) and design and implement automation to streamline them, working with HRIS/Ops tools Partner with Workforce Management/Ops to align HR processes with scheduling, shift patterns, and headcount planning Ensure frontline HR practices comply with Philippine labor law and any relevant regulatory requirements Drive process improvement projects to reduce manual HR-Ops workload and improve employee experience at scale Requirements At least 4 years of HR generalist experience, with meaningful exposure to frontline, shift-based, or high-headcount operational teams (e.g., BPO, contact center, banking operations, shared services, start ups) Demonstrated experience improving or automating HR/Ops processes (tools, workflows, trackers, or systems) Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law as applied to frontline/hourly or shift-based employees Comfortable working with HRIS platforms, workflow/automation tools, and data (Excel/Google Sheets) Good written and verbal communication in English Nice to have Experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated environment Experience with HR process automation projects end-to-end (design → build → rollout)
