National Corporate Housing | Home, Wherever You Are
National Corporate Housing is seeking an experienced, senior-level HR Generalist to independently manage complex employee relations matters, own our Recognition and Rewards Program, and support benefits, leave, compliance, and workforce programs across our multi-state organization.
At National, we don’t just provide housing—we create home-like experiences for global business travelers and relocating professionals. With 28+ offices worldwide, we’re a trusted leader in customized corporate housing and 360-degree services that make transitions seamless.
National Corporate Housing is seeking a Level 3 Senior/Lead HR Generalist to serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across our multi-state footprint. This role independently manages complex employee relations matters, owns NCH's Recognition and Rewards Program, and serves as the fully cross-trained backup to the Benefits Specialist across benefits administration and leave management, while supporting multi-state compliance, HR operations, UKG Pro data integrity, reporting, and HR transformation initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and partners across HR and the business to deliver responsive, compliant, and consistent HR support.
Expectations for Success:
- Independently manage complex employee relations matters, workplace concerns, performance, conduct, attendance, and policy interpretation; lead workplace investigations, assess risk, and prepare corrective-action and separation documentation.
- Own and lead NCH's Recognition and Rewards Program, including program strategy, governance, standards, vendor management, communications, award processing, budget monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver accurate employee lifecycle support across onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding, and serve as the Benefits Specialist's fully cross-trained backup across all areas of benefits administration, including eligibility, enrollment, life events, vendor coordination, and data audits.
- Serve as the Benefits Specialist's fully cross-trained backup for end-to-end leave management, including intake, eligibility, designation, tracking, and accommodations, applying multi-state employment requirements such as wage and hour, paid sick leave, EEO, ADA, and FMLA.
- Maintain accurate UKG Pro data and documentation, complete audits and reconciliations, prepare workforce reports and metrics, and lead or contribute to HR projects, process improvement, and Agile sprint deliverables.
- Advise leaders through resolution and follow-up on employee relations matters, and support recruiting, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
What Makes This Role Unique?
- Own employee relations end-to-end: independently lead workplace investigations, assess risk, and advise leaders through resolution rather than escalating casework up the chain.
- Take full ownership of NCH's Recognition and Rewards Program: set strategy and governance, manage the vendor relationship and budget, and shape how NCH recognizes its people company-wide.
- Build deep, cross-functional expertise as the Benefits Specialist's fully cross-trained backup across both benefits administration and leave management, rather than staying in a single HR lane.
- Work across a multi-state, distributed workforce and play an active role in NCH's ongoing HR Transformation Initiative, including UKG Pro data integrity, reporting, Agile sprint deliverables, and job architecture work.
- Operate with real autonomy and multi-team impact: this Level 3 Senior/Lead role applies seasoned judgment and leads cross-functional work directly with employees and managers, rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
Who You Are:
- Minimum five years of progressive human resources experience, including substantial responsibility for employee relations and HR operations; experience supporting a multi-state workforce strongly preferred.
- Current PHR or SHRM-CP certification required; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification also satisfies this requirement.
- Demonstrated experience owning an employee recognition and rewards program, including program strategy, governance, vendor management, communications, budget monitoring, and reporting.
- Demonstrated benefits and leave administration experience sufficient to serve as the fully cross-trained backup to the Benefits Specialist, along with working knowledge of federal and state employment requirements, including wage and hour, EEO, ADA, FMLA, and paid sick leave.
- Strong business writing, documentation, consultation, and interpersonal skills, with sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and privileged employee information; proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience administering employee lifecycle processes and maintaining accurate records in UKG Pro or a comparable HRIS.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant HR experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to organize a high-volume workload, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively across HR and the business.
