Who You Are
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR and payroll operations. You are highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable serving as the first point of contact for HR, payroll, billing, and timekeeping concerns.

You thrive in structured environments, ensure compliance and documentation accuracy, and collaborate effectively across regions to maintain alignment with global HR standards.

Must-Haves

• Proven experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or HR generalist functions.
• Hands-on experience managing the full employee and contractor lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, billing cycles, and timekeeping systems.
• Experience maintaining accurate HRIS records and documentation.
• Knowledge of employment compliance and HR best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and data reconciliation skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership teams.

Good to Have

• Experience supporting multi-country or global HR operations.
• Exposure to audit preparation and compliance reviews.
• Familiarity with payroll software, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Experience working in a BPO or offshore staffing environment.
• Compensation and benefits experience with a Philippine entity is preferred.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will oversee and support HR & Payroll lifecycle management, while ensuring alignment with global HR standards.

HR Operations & Administration

• Act as the first-line contact for HR, payroll, billing, and timekeeping concerns.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
• Track notice periods, probationary evaluations, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and contractor records in the HRIS.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks.
• Create, update, and maintain SOPs for HR processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR needs in other regions when required.
• Ensure alignment with global HR standards and practices.

Payroll & Finance Support

• Reconcile payroll and billing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare payroll-related reports.
• Assist Finance with billing cycles, payroll processing, adjustments, and reporting.
• Monitor and support timekeeping accuracy.
• Support compensation and benefits administration for the Philippine entity, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and filings.

Technical Requirements

• Internet connection: High-speed internet required, minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection.
• Computer / laptop: Employees must use a genuine, supported business laptop with built-in hardware security and full-disk encryption enabled. Unsupported, modified, bypass-installed, rooted, or jailbroken operating systems are not permitted.
  • Windows: Windows 11 (preferably Windows 11 Pro), 2021 model or newer, with TPM 2.0 enabled and BitLocker / Windows Device Encryption turned on.
  • Mac: Apple MacBook / Mac, 2020 model or newer, preferably Apple Silicon M1 or newer, running a supported macOS version with FileVault enabled.
  • Not permitted: Chromebooks (ChromeOS), tablets, and mobile devices are not supported and cannot be used for this role.
• RAM: Minimum 8 GB (16 GB preferred).
• Noise-canceling headset.
• Power and internet backup required.

Rates and Expectations

• Work Setup: Remote (Davao-based candidates only)
• Full-time Role
• Rate: PHP 46,000 - 47,000
• Work Schedule: Aligned with US business hours (Eastern or Pacific).
