HR Generalist - LATAM

Job Description This is a remote position. 100% Remote. Candidates must be located in the LATAM region. The Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to help drive key human resources initiatives across our client’s global offices in Europe, the Americas, and the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Support HR programs across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development to engagement and offboarding. Create employment contracts and documentation for global staff; manage benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance across global teams. Manage global HR processes and policies to ensure consistency and a positive experience for all employees. Generate HR reports and insights, including employee data, workforce trends, and payroll-related metrics, to inform business decisions. Maintain and audit employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Contribute to the design and implementation of engagement and development initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or similar HR role. Experience supporting HR operations in Europe or North America; global experience strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as ADP, Workday, or equivalent platforms. High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
