HR Generalist (U.S. HR) | Remote – Philippines

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support two growing U.S.-based facilities maintenance companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and partnering with leaders to build a strong workforce.

This is not a purely administrative or shared-services HR role. We're looking for someone who can think critically, make sound recommendations, and take ownership of HR initiatives from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based positions
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure HR records, compliance, and documentation are accurate
• Partner with managers on day-to-day HR matters
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency
• Assist with various HR projects across both companies

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience supporting U.S.-based employees
• Strong recruitment and onboarding experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Able to analyze situations and provide recommendations—not just escalate issues
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
• Available to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) business hours

Work from Home Requirements

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer (dual monitor setup is a plus)
• Stable fiber internet (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup internet connection
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for video meetings
• Webcam and noise-canceling headset
• Ability to work exclusively from home during scheduled PST hours

Compensation

• $800 USD/month during the first 60 days
• $150 USD upon successful completion of the 60-day performance review
• Beginning Month 3: Eligible for up to $150/month in KPI incentives
