We are looking for a HR Intern. This role supports the full employee lifecycle by managing onboarding, offboarding, HR records, and documentation, while driving workplace culture through the coordination of employee engagement events and internal communications. Additionally, it handles office administration, benefits tracking, and vendor relations, providing essential day-to-day support to ensure smooth business operations. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including document preparation, orientation coordination, and employee record updates. Maintain and update employee information, HR databases, trackers, and personnel files accurately. Assist with employment documentation including letters, forms, confirmations, and internal records. Employee Experience & Engagement Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, company events, townhalls, celebrations, wellness activities, and internal campaigns. Coordinate event logistics and collect employee feedback to improve employee experience initiatives. Support internal communication activities and employee announcements. HR Administration Assist in employee benefits administration, including insurance enrollment and related documentation. Handle office administration tasks such as office supplies management, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination. Other Support Assist with HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc assignments as required. Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate issues where appropriate. Support any other reasonable tasks that contribute to business operations and team success.
