Join ReOrbit's HR Operations team in Helsinki for a six-week internship and get hands-on experience in a part of HR that few students get to see up close: security and compliance. What you'll do Your main focus will be running security clearance checks for designated employees and consultants. It's meaningful, high-trust work that keeps our people and projects secure. Along the way, you'll see how HR operations work day to day, learn to use professional HR systems, and work alongside experienced HR professionals who are happy to share what they know. Who we're looking for You're a university student or recent graduate in HR, business, law, psychology, social sciences, or a related field, and you're keen to get real work experience on your CV. You also: Have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy getting things exactly right Feel comfortable picking up new systems and software Communicate fluently in Finnish, both spoken and written Handle confidential information with care and discretion No prior HR experience is needed.
