HR Internship

Join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience supporting different HR processes. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting employee documentation, onboarding activities, HR administration, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and support induction and onboarding processes.
Use organizational tools to support hiring processes and case resolution.
Contact social security advisors to manage employee affiliations and transfers.
Maintain internal records, track onboarding attendance, and support anniversary cards and learning pathways.
Update documented processes, audit digital records, and create manuals and process documentation.
What we need to see from you
Student in a technical or professional program in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Administrative Assistance, or related fields, eligible to begin the internship stage and authorized by the academic institution.
Eligible to sign an apprenticeship contract and start the internship in January 2026
Strong motivation for learning and applying knowledge, with good communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Results-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, adaptability to change, and willingness to learn.
