Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational design and transformation, including operating model changes, simplification and efficiency initiatives
  • Provide senior-level guidance on employee relations and labor law, ensuring strong compliance and HR governance
  • Oversee payroll, rewards, recruitment, and HR operations processes while championing continuous improvement and digitalization.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a senior HR leader who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • have significant, 5-10 years of HR leadership or HR Business Partnering experience in a complex, international matrix organization, ideally supporting commercial organizations from fast moving consumer goods sector,
  • are a credible and trusted partner to GMs, senior leaders and Leadership Teams,
  • bring strong experience in organizational design, transformation, talent and change management,
  • can confidently navigate complex employee relations matters and organizational decisions,
  • embrace constant change, ambiguity and evolving business priorities,
  • have a strong understanding of reward, workforce planning, HR governance and payroll,
  • use data and insights to challenge thinking, shape priorities and influence business decisions,
  • can lead, coach and develop an HR team while managing a broad and fast-moving agenda,
  • bring sound judgement, courage, curiosity and a collaborative mindset,
  • are fluent in English and able to operate effectively across different cultures and ways of working.

What’s in it for you:

This role gives you the opportunity to influence both the people agenda and the business agenda across Poland. You will work at the heart of business decision-making, partnering with senior leaders and a talented P&O team while shaping organization, talent, culture and transformation in a dynamic international environment.

If you are passionate about building organizations where people and performance grow together, we would love to hear from you.
