I'm working on a confidential search for an HR Manager with an established Toronto hospitality group.

This is a great role for someone who knows HR, but also really likes working with people. Someone confident enough to have the tough conversations, hold managers accountable, help develop them and keep things moving - without needing a lot of direction.

The structure is already there and they're investing in new technology to streamline a lot of the administrative side of HR. What they really need is someone who can focus on the people side - coaching, development, accountability and being a strong HR partner to the management team.

Hospitality experience is a nice-to-have, not a must. What matters more is maturity, confidence, good judgement and the ability to build relationships.

It's also a company with some pretty incredible tenure — managers who have been there 15+ years and team members who have stayed for decades. They offer consistent year-round work, benefits and a positive environment where people have been able to grow.

$70K+ base + bonus
Benefits after 3 months + dining allowance
Hybrid - 3–4 days onsite / 1 day from home
