Your responsibilities As a trusted business partner to the R&D, Hydrogen Factory Europe and Purchasing functions, you will be the liaison between the business and HR colleagues. You are responsible to drive the change in our organisation culture. You will coach line managers to ensure good quality roll out of our HR systems and provide strategic support to the functions where appropriate. The scope of activities includes: Understand our clients, their structure, key stakeholders and their business objectives and partner up with them on a strategic level. Proactively support the delivery of our HR strategy and processes in the client group. Steer the Competency & Performance Mgmt, as well as workforce planning cycles and safeguard the quality of implementation. Collect feedback from our clients, discuss within the wider BP and HR group, support improvement activities and propose solutions. Join strategic organisational discussions as HR representative. Advising line mgmt. on how to handle member issues, career, development and organisation matters (including appraisal, Talent Validations and all HR processes) Act as single point of contact for employees and (Senior) Managers for R&D, Hydrogen Factory Europe and Purchasing Provide day-to-day performance mgmt. guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, career development, etc. Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR processes and good understanding of labour legislation Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation Drive, develop and execute HR communication in R&D, Hydrogen Factory Europe and Purchasing Respond to team member issues Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Coordination of HR processes Be an HR ambassador and champion in excellent execution of HR transactional processes (hiring requests, headcount tracking, etc.) Ensure all HR systems and data are accurate and up-to-date (PeopleSoft, Moderation tool, RSC etc.) Act as liasion within HR on behalf of our client group Want to know more about how it is to work at Toyota?
