About the Role

Property Solutions Group is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support business growth and strengthen its human resources operations. This role requires an experienced professional who can evaluate business initiatives, develop workforce and financial strategies, analyze operational performance, and build strong relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate brings at least 6 years of business experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate changing priorities. The position offers autonomy, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business initiatives through business cases and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
• Develop financial justifications for hiring needs based on business requirements.
• Analyze changes in profit margins, identify underlying causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to support long-term business value.
• Coordinate with regional offices to standardize processes across Alabama.
• Translate company strategy into actionable roadmaps for cross-functional teams.
• Support business discussions involving labor relations, FMLA administration, offer negotiations, and facilitation.

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant business experience.
• Ability to remain composed and adapt when client requirements or project scopes change.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions.
• Experience with offer negotiations and facilitation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical solutions when requirements are incomplete.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• Willingness to relocate to Montgomery, Alabama, or work remotely.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range of $78,000–$113,000.
