Your mission
Our software catches every error on package leaflets and labels. You make sure we find the right people to build it, sell it and grow with it.
You are the driving force behind our recruiting – and you make sure every candidate experiences Schlafender Hase at its best.
2027 is a year of growth for us: we are hiring in Sales, Marketing, Development and Finance – in Germany and internationally. At least half of your time is dedicated to recruiting.
The other half you invest in our culture, our employer brand and consistent HR processes – so that more people in Frankfurt's SaaS and tech community know who we are and want to work with us. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum of 30 hours/week).
Your Key Responsibilities
Culture, employer branding & HR processes
- Further develop our company culture together with management and the team – from values and feedback to team events
- Build and expand our employer brand: career page, LinkedIn, employee stories and content
- Make Schlafender Hase better known in Frankfurt's SaaS and tech scene – through meetups, events, universities and networks
- Further harmonise and document our HR processes and SOPs across our locations
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers and take care of day-to-day HR topics such as contracts, personnel files and references
Recruiting
- Plan our recruiting together with the hiring managers and keep timelines and budget on track
- Identify the right channels for each position and use them strategically – from job boards and LinkedIn to communities and universities
- Write job ads, actively source candidates and manage our recruiting partners where needed
- Screen applications, conduct first interviews and coordinate the selection process across time zones
- Ensure a great candidate experience – from the first contact to a smooth onboarding
Your profile
- Degree with a focus on HR (e.g. business administration, psychology) or a commercial apprenticeship with further training as Personalfachkaufmann/-frau
- A background in recruiting: at least 3 years of experience, ideally with several hiring processes running in parallel
- Experience with active sourcing and common applicant tracking systems
- Basic knowledge of German labour law and operational HR work
- A structured, independent way of working and strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convince both candidates and managers
- A hands-on mentality, discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling personal data
- Experience with employer branding is a strong plus
- Very good German and good English skills; Personio or a SaaS environment is a plus
Why us?
- A key role with real responsibility: you build the team that drives our growth
- Possibility of a permanent position after the parental leave cover of 16 month
- A product with purpose: TVT helps make sure patients and consumers receive correct information
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote – full-time or part-time from 30 hours per week

- Fruit, coffee and water – they simply come with the job
- Team lunches and team events, both global and local
- A centrally located office
