Our People, Corporate Services and Sustainability Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig in the role of HR Offboarding Associate.

As an HR Offboarding Associate, you will be responsible for the offboarding process to ensure a smooth, compliant, and respectful exit experience for departing employees. This role coordinates with various departments to complete all separation requirements, safeguards organizational knowledge, ensures proper documentation, compliance with company policies and releasing of final pay, clearance and BIR 2316.

What the role will entail

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end offboarding process for resignations and terminations (Non-Senior Officers).
• Ensure timely clearance of company assets, access rights, and final documentation (e.g., certificates of clearance, final pay and BIR 2316).
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and relevant departments for a seamless offboarding experience.
• Prepare final pay calculations in accordance with labor laws and internal policies, including unused leave, deductions, and other entitlements.
• Assist in the preparation in maintenance of up-to-date exit reports, along with all related accounting entries and supporting documentation, in compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
• Identify and suggest improvements to the Offboarding process.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, employment laws and confidentiality standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on Offboarding, Payroll or any Employee Experience.
