Deliver responsive HR operations that support a consistent employee experience across the University.

The Opportunity

You will process a broad range of Tier 1 HR transactions, including onboarding, pay and entitlement requests, leave management, workplace health and safety processes, visa and mobility enquiries, casual academic administration, benefits, superannuation and payroll preparation tasks. You will respond to enquiries through phone, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams and email, referring staff to self-service options where available.
