About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to ensure that our administrative processes and projects are implemented in our HRIS systems for all group.one companies. The positions is based in Budapest in our brand MiniCRM but you will work in our global "People & Culture Operations HUB" with multiple brands across the globe. This role is critical in establishing a high-performing HR operations environment that supports global teams with efficient, scalable, and people-centered processes. The ideal candidate combines strong operational HR expertise with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration Employee data management in HRIS systems Contract and document administration Onboarding and offboarding processes Employee lifecycle administration P&C compliance and documentation Ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and legal compliance across regions Act as process owner for P&C operational workflows and governance Align with P&C Business Partners and IT across the globe to ensure the perfect employee lifecycle on P&C operations About you Training as an HR generalist or equivalent 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations Strong expertise in HR administration, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle processes Experience working in an international and fast-paced environment Good stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in English; additional languages like Hungarian or other Eastern European language skills are a plus What We Offer We offer you an important role in starting HR operations across the group within a modern, growing subscription business, with ambitions of creating: A collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team Driving improvements and consistency across markets Flexible working options (2-3 days in the office and 2 days remote work) A value-driven culture focused on innovation, efficiency, and excellence Great team events Modern tools to make your work easier We are committed to an inclusive and safe environment, free from discrimination and harassment.
