HR Operations Specialist with French

We're looking for a proactive HR Operations Specialist to support employees across the UK and BeNeLux throughout the entire employee lifecycle while contributing to recruitment, HR projects and process improvements.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle
• Manage HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding and employee data management
• Support end-to-end recruitment administration, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination
• Coordinate learning activities and ensure accurate HR documentation
• Contribute to HR projects

Required skills:

• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration and/or Recruitment
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented and eager to drive continuous improvement
• Proficiency in MS Office
