TalentPop App is hiring an HR Payroll Specialist to join our growing People Operations team. You’ll support payroll, employee records, timekeeping, HR operations, and workforce reporting while working 100% remotely from the Philippines.

What You’ll Do

• Support payroll processing, including timesheets, attendance, payroll validation, and compensation updates
• Review employee records and workforce reports for accuracy
• Maintain confidential HR and payroll documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure payroll processes are completed accurately and on time
• Respond to employee questions about payroll, timekeeping, and HR processes
• Prepare reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems
• Work with tools such as Hubstaff, HubSpot, and other workforce management systems
• Help improve HR and payroll processes through automation, AI, and better systems

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, compensation, HR administration, or a related role
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, or workforce management systems
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable handling confidential employee information
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting remote or global teams is a plus
• Hubstaff, HubSpot, or similar system experience is a plus
• A proactive mindset and interest in improving processes

Work From Home Requirements

To work successfully from home, you’ll need:

• Personal laptop or desktop with Intel i5/Ryzen 5 or better
• At least 8 GB RAM
• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps via LAN
• Backup internet connection of at least 5 Mbps
• Reliable power and a dedicated home workspace
• Backup power and an alternative workspace are highly recommended
