Location: Remote Working Hours: 09:00 AM-05:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (EST) Salary: €2,500 - €3,000 Gross per Month Benefits: Paid vacation Paid sick leave Job Overview: We are a recruiting agency seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager on behalf of our esteemed client in the USA solar industry. This remote role requires a dedicated professional to manage employee satisfaction, training, vacation scheduling, and interpersonal relations within the company. This position does not include recruitment responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that foster an engaging work environment. Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues to promote a cohesive team. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Organize employee training and development programs to enhance their professional skills and support career advancement. Manage employee vacation schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the year. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Facilitate and promote activities that help to maintain high employee morale. Report to upper management by analyzing data and using HR metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Manager, particularly in a fully remote environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, employment law, regulations compliance, etc.) Ability to handle sensitive issues diplomatically and discretely.
