The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated and proactive HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our Limassol office and support Kudo’s growing international team.

You’ll play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment, attracting top talent and supporting day-to-day HR operations, while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the Forex, CFD or fintech industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to the growth of an ambitious, rapidly expanding organisation.

Your Role:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and identify suitable candidates across various departments and international locations.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals and professional networks.
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines, candidate records and hiring progress reports.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Support day-to-day HR operations for the Cyprus office and wider international teams.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, systems and arrangements are completed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, employment documentation and HR system data.
  • Assist with employment contracts, offer letters, HR correspondence and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave requests and compliance with internal HR policies.
  • Support the implementation and consistent application of company HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR activities align with applicable Cyprus employment legislation and internal company standards.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a local point of contact for employees regarding general HR enquiries, policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes and internal HR activities.
  • Assist in resolving routine employee matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Help promote a positive, collaborative and professional working environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Previous HR and recruitment experience within the Forex, CFD, financial services or fintech industry is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment or a combined HR and talent acquisition role.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Good understanding of the Cyprus employment market and local labour legislation.
  • Experience recruiting for commercial, operational, technical or financial services positions.
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate with international teams.
