Our HR Operations department drives the digital evolution, governance, and seamless service delivery of our human resources systems and processes across Europe. We optimize HR service models, safeguard data integrity, and implement scalable system enhancements to empower our workforce and business strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

• HR System Alignment & Feasibility: You ensure our HR systems are designed for high feasibility, alignment with strategic business objectives, and continuous service delivery efficiency.
• Stakeholder & System Delivery Management: You build strong stakeholder relationships, lead high-quality system enhancements, and train users to protect HR data integrity.
• Technical Issue Resolution & continuous Improvement: You resolve escalated technical delivery issues and continuously review performance to identify operational enhancements.
• HR Service Model Strategy: You review regional HR service delivery models and devise effective strategies to enhance service quality across all markets.
• Compliance & Governance Oversight: You serve as the primary point of HR compliance, managing data privacy, internal audits, and governance frameworks.
  

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: University degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, personnel management, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Extensive professional experience in the HR sector, with a deep focus on HR systems implementation, operations, and cross-border project management within multinational and multicultural teams.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in HR systems implementation and project management is required. Specialized knowledge in SuccessFactors is nice to have.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities combined with exceptional communication, influencing, and customer-focused presentation skills.
• Language Proficiency: Business fluent English skills (C1 level according to CEFR) in both written and spoken form.
  
  

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
