Are you the person everyone turns to when they need help with their HR system?

Do you enjoy getting to grips with software, working out how things function and showing others how to use them?

If you're confident using HR software and enjoy helping people, we have a great opportunity to put those skills to good use!

At Cintra HR & Payroll Services, we're looking for a friendly, organised and tech-savvy individual to join our HR Software Support team.

You'll help our clients get the most from their HR software, whether that's getting them started on the system, showing them how to complete everyday tasks or helping them resolve a problem.

You don't need to be an IT expert or have worked in software support before. We're looking for someone who is a confident user of HR systems, enjoys problem-solving and has the patience and communication skills to help others.

What you'll be doing

  • Helping new clients get started with our HR software, including initial setup and onboarding.
  • Showing clients how to use the system through demonstrations and practical training.
  • Responding to customer questions and support requests, helping them resolve everyday issues.
  • Investigating problems, finding solutions and knowing when to refer more technical issues to colleagues.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our HR software so you can confidently support others.
  • Sharing customer feedback and ideas to help us continually improve our systems and services.
  • Working closely with colleagues across Cintra to deliver a great customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical experience using an HR system (HRIS) as part of your current or previous role.
  • Confidence navigating software, exploring features and learning new processes.
  • A natural ability to explain things clearly and help others understand how systems work.
  • A helpful, patient and customer-focused approach.
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An inquisitive mind and a willingness to investigate problems and find solutions.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
You might currently work as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator or HR Systems Administrator, or have gained similar experience in another role.

Experience delivering formal training or providing dedicated software support would be useful, but isn't essential. What matters is your confidence with HR software and your enthusiasm for helping others.

We'll provide full training on Cintra's HR system, so you won't need to have used our software before.

Why Join Cintra?

  • A friendly, supportive team who enjoy working together.
  • Hybrid working from our modern Milton Keynes office in Linford Wood, with on-site parking.
  • Company-funded health checks, electric vehicle salary sacrifice, breakfast club and other great benefits.
  • Full training and opportunities to develop your skills in HR technology.
  • The opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses and make a real difference to their experience.
  • A culture built on trust, flexibility and continuous learning.
Sound like you?

If you're confident with HR systems, enjoy helping people and would like to develop your skills in a new direction, we'd love to hear from you.

You don't need to be a technical expert – just someone who enjoys making technology work for people!
