About the Role
We are looking for a Saudi HR Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and support the company as it scales. This is a broad, hands-on role where you will be involved across the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee support, and off-boarding.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who wants to have a real impact and help build HR processes within a growing Saudi company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee requests, performance management, leave, attendance, and off-boarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and requests.
Coordinate recruitment activities and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related matters.
Support performance management and employee development processes.
Ensure HR operations are aligned with applicable Saudi labour regulations and requirements.
Identify and actively pursue government programs, initiatives, incentives, and support opportunities that can benefit the company and its employees.
Stay up to date with relevant Saudi government platforms, programs, and employment initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant people-related insights.
Help build a positive, organised, and people-focused company culture.
Requirements
Saudi national.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduate to 2+ years of HR experience; internships and relevant practical experience are welcome.
Good understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with Saudi labour regulations and government HR platforms/programs is preferred.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good command of Arabic and English.
