Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust, educate employees and managers, and handle sensitive matters with empathy and discretion. Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging situations, exercise sound judgment and determine when escalation is necessary.
- Experience & Education: At least three years of HR experience with direct experience administering employee leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, and/or related employee support processes. Experience working with Dayforce or other HRIS systems preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
