HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Compliance | Remote

We're looking for an HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Compliance to support our remote workforce and help ensure employees and managers have the guidance they need when handling workplace concerns.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with experience in employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance.

Experience: 2–4 years of HR, Employee Relations, or Labor Relations experience

What You'll Do

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts
• Support managers and employees with sensitive HR matters
• Conduct confidential workplace investigations and document findings
• Support disciplinary processes and exit interviews
• Help maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures
• Support HR compliance and recommend process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of HR, Employee Relations, or Labor Relations experience
• Experience with employee investigations, disciplinary processes, and case documentation
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment compliance
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience in a BPO or remote workforce environment is a plus
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or jurisdictions is an advantage

Tools

Experience with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Forms, HR systems, reporting platforms, and Canva is a plus.

• Minimum Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 equivalent
• At least 8GB RAM
• Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speed
• LAN connection required
• Backup internet connection of at least 15 Mbps
• Reliable power source and backup workspace
