ClearPath HR & Compliance is growing - and we’re looking for an experienced HR professional to grow with us.

This is a flexible, remote, portfolio-based opportunity combining practical HR with the increasingly important world of UKVI sponsor compliance.

Work remotely. Build your own portfolio. Develop specialist expertise. Work directly with growing UK and international businesses - with the support, training and infrastructure of ClearPath behind you.

You don’t need to be an immigration expert. We’re looking for an excellent HR professional with the judgement, confidence and attention to detail to become an excellent sponsor compliance specialist.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage a developing portfolio of ClearPath clients, working directly with business owners and senior leaders to strengthen their HR and sponsor compliance practices.

Your work may include:

• HR and sponsor compliance support

• Right to work and employee record processes

• Absence and workforce monitoring

• Internal compliance reviews

• Identifying and addressing potential compliance risks

• Supporting businesses to prepare for Home Office compliance activity

• Advising directors and senior stakeholders on good HR and compliance practice

• Where appropriate, taking on genuine client-side sponsor compliance responsibilities, including Authorising Officer appointments, subject to eligibility

This isn’t a high-volume HR administration role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and building trusted relationships with clients.

We’d love to hear from you if you…

• Have strong practical experience in HR, People, recruitment, employee relations or workforce compliance

• Are confident working directly with directors and senior leaders

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Are highly organised and comfortable managing several client relationships

• Have the professional confidence to challenge when something doesn’t look right

• Enjoy working independently but value having expert support around you

• Are interested in developing a specialist area of expertise

CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.

Previous sponsor licence or UKVI compliance experience would be a bonus - but it isn’t essential. We’ll provide structured training and ongoing support to the right person.
