HR Support Specialist – PEO
Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group)We are looking for an HR Support Specialist – PEO to support our client with HR, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and time & attendance-related inquiries.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a PEO, HR services, benefits administration, or HR operations environment who is comfortable managing multiple systems and resolving client requests in a fast-paced setting.

⚡What you'll do:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients, providing timely and professional support and aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, employee onboarding, HR policies, and time & attendance processes.
- Document client interactions, update records, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Assist clients with navigating HR, payroll, benefits, and self-service platforms.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards.
- Monitor and communicate work status, workload, and potential barriers to completing assigned tasks.
- Participate in team check-ins, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Meet established service and productivity goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
💡You are:
- Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
- 1+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, benefits, PEO services, or a related client support environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fluctuating workloads.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients.
