Your Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs
- Post job offers, screen CVs, select and interview applicants
- Provide advice and follow-up with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure smooth administrative follow-up once the right candidate is found
- Update weekly vacancy overview
- Monitor and evaluate interns' performance
- Organize intern integration events, networking sessions, and trainings
- Support initiatives that strengthen community building among interns
- Become a reference point for interns within Nestlé
- Plan, attend and support workshops and events (e.g., Belgian job fairs)
- Assist in creating communication and visual materials
- Support the team in improvement projects
- Run and launch campaigns (e.g., videos, testimonials, interviews)
- You are Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English
- You a have obtained or are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- You exhibit trustworthiness with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills and work with a structured approach
- You are able to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing sight of details
- You have strong communication skills, are proactive and able to work independently

- 1st step: CV screening. We will review your background, experience, and fit for the position
- 2nd step: Online HR interview. This conversation will focus on your motivation, availability, personality, and alignment with our company culture
- 3rd step: Online Hiring manager interview. Meet your future internship manager to learn more about the role and discuss how you can contribute to the team
