Our values underpin everything that we do at CLS and define our working environment: Pivotal purpose Trusted guardian Targeted innovation Facilitate connections Delivering excellence Inclusive culture Job information: Functional title – HR Transformation Process and Technology Consultant Department – Human Resources Corporate level – N/A Report to – Director, HR Systems Transformation Location – New York, NY What you will be doing: Partner with HR, Technology, and the implementation partner to design and deliver transformed HR processes and employee experiences, using Oracle Fusion HCM as a key enabling platform. Ensure that solutions are intuitive, operationally effective, aligned with the target operating model, and responsive to the needs of employees, managers, and HR users. Support and collaborate with Business Analyst teams to analyze business processes and requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM . Validate the configuration within Oracle meets these requirements. Ensuring the end state configuration supports the programs key principles, guardrails and target state operating model. Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to design and provide ongoing support to users, conduct training sessions, and create user documentation to facilitate effective use of the system. Provide guidance on common pitfalls and considerations to set the solution up for success. Ensure processes have clear ownership, controls, service standards, and escalation routes. Challenge requests that replicate inefficient legacy processes in the new system. Support the assessment of the change impact of process and technology changes on HR teams, managers, and employees. Ensure opportunities for Artificial Intelligence are well understood by HR SMEs and embedded into the future state delivery plans. What we’re looking for: Significant experience in HR transformation, HR operations, process improvement, and technology-enabled change. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle. Experience designing future-state processes and translating them into functional requirements. Ability to evaluate HR technology through the perspectives of employees, managers, HR practitioners, and service teams. Experience working with systems integrators or implementation partners and constructively challenging proposed solutions. Strong facilitation skills, including requirements workshops, process-design sessions, demonstrations, and user validation. Experience with testing, readiness, adoption, training, and business transition. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM or a comparable cloud HCM platform.
