Job Description

This is a remote position.

About Our Client:

We are representing a fast-growing technology provider specializing in advanced computing infrastructure. As their business scales rapidly on a global level, they recognize the need to evolve their internal operations to match their technical ambitions. They are looking for an experienced leader to architect a scalable people operations framework.

The Role:

Our client's organization is experiencing a period of intense growth, and their foundational HR processes require a comprehensive upgrade to support their future trajectory. We are seeking a People Transformation & Process Lead to take a holistic view of their current employee lifecycle and build a robust, scalable system for the next phase of their company's journey.

In this dedicated, project-based role, you will evaluate, redesign, and implement upgraded people processes from the ground up, ensuring they align with rigorous industry security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Audit & Redesign: Map out the client's current HR workflows (from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding), identify inefficiencies, and roll out standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across the employee lifecycle.
  • Systems Evaluation: Conduct a deep dive into their current HRIS setup. You will optimize their existing automation or build a business case for migrating to a more robust platform.
  • Security & Compliance Alignment: Ensure all new HR processes feature "controls by design," meeting the strict data protection and access control standards (e.g., ISO, SOC) required in their high-security tech environment.
  • Change Management: Lay the strategic groundwork and build the systems that the client's long-term HR team will inherit, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in HR/People Operations transformation, ideally within rapidly scaling technology, infrastructure, or engineering companies.
  • Expertise in assessing and configuring modern HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, BambooHR).
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, automation, and workflow design.
  • Experience incorporating data security and compliance frameworks into HR practices.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to deliver strategic improvements on a tight timeline.

What Our Client Offers:
  • 6 to 12-month fixed-term contract with clear project deliverables.
  • 100% remote working environment.
  • Flexible/Unlimited paid time off policy.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
