HR Transformation Senior Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)
Contract: Permanent
Location: London (hybrid/on-site as required)
About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced HR Transformation Senior Consultant with strong SAP SuccessFactors exposure to join a high-performing transformation team. You’ll support end-to-end HR transformation programmes from shaping future HR operating models through to supporting solution design and delivery working closely with HR, business and technology stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes and improved employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Support HR transformation engagements, including future HR operating model, process and employee experience design
• Contribute to the design and delivery of HR technology solutions, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and the wider HR tech ecosystem
• Gather requirements, analyse challenges, and translate them into practical, implementable solutions
• Support workshops, assessments, solution design sessions and workstreams across the transformation lifecycle
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver advisory, functional and implementation activities effectively
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, thought leadership and (where relevant) proposal / bid support
About you:
• 4–8 years’ experience across HR Transformation, HR Technology and SuccessFactors-enabled programmes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, operating models and digital HR solutions
• Hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors design and/or implementation delivery
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in collaborative delivery teams and engaging senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
• SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll experience (UK&I exposure is a plus)
• Consulting background (advisory + delivery)
• Familiarity with flexible/hybrid delivery environments and workshop facilitation
