Key Responsibilities Manage pantry supplies, office stationery, and general office resources Coordinate with government bodies, vendors, and building management for office maintenance and operations Maintain office inventory records and ensure proper tracking of assets Support general office administration tasks and internal coordination Support tender submissions and related administrative paperwork Participate in pre-tender / coordination calls when required Ensure proper documentation control and filing of business records Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR filing systems Assist in preparation of HR letters & reports. Track employee attendance, leave applications (onsite and offsite teams) Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus. Why Join Us?
