  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards are met.
  • Support system integration between UKG and other enterprise applications.
  • Work with P&C teams to ensure system configuration aligns with both standard business processes and collective agreement requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and user support materials.
  • Provide technical guidance to UKG power users and act as Tier 2/3 support for system-related issues.

Think you have what it takes to be one of our HRIS Analysts? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you are the best fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, or a related field is ideal.
  • 5+ years of experience working with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, SAP, etc.) in a technical configuration or system administration role. UKG experience considered an asset.
  • Proven experience with system configuration, user permissions, workflow design, and testing protocols.
  • Solid understanding of database concepts and system integrations (e.g., APIs, SFTP, middleware).
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data files and templates (e.g., XML, CSV).
  • Exposure to reporting tools or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Cognos, or similar).
  • Understanding data security and role-based access controls.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
